What's a 'plenary session 🗣️🎙️'?
These sessions are for all the participants, in the main Zoom room. Imagine having an auditorium with hundreds of participants. These sessions will be done by Preplers (Preply employees, that's what we call ourselves 😉) and will focus on different aspects of being a tutor on Preply. We have some very exciting talks in the making, stay tuned!
What does 'Tutors café ☕' mean?
These sessions serve as breaks between talks and they give participants an opportunity to network, meet other tutors, share experiences or just have a nice chat.
Do I need to turn on my camera?
The plenary sessions and tutor presentations will be done in a webinar format, so participants won't have their cameras on. You can enjoy the sessions even in your pyjamas! 🧸 Participants will be able to ask questions, share thoughts and comments in the chat and our presenters will do their best to reply to them.
How do I enter the conference rooms?
On the week of the conference, we will add a tutorial video about joining the rooms to this site. Each room will have a Zoom link, you will simply have to click on it, turn your audio on and you can enjoy the sessions!
