Collaboration starts before the lesson does
What's Next
Choose your language and download the template. Use it as is, or open it in Preply Canvas to fill it in live with your student.
Keep students coming back
Make it concrete
Don't just say "we'll work on grammar." Say "next time we'll practice how to talk about your weekend plans in past tense." Specific plans make it easy for students to stay committed.
Let the student help shape the plan
Ask "is there anything you've been curious about?" Students who help build their learning plan are more invested and more likely to show up.
Confirm the next lesson
Once you've shared what's coming, it's natural to say "shall we lock in Thursday?" Asking becomes the natural next step.
