I’m originally from Austria – the flat part in the East – and I have been ‘on the road’ since I was 17. My career in education has taken me to some wonderful places around the world: from the USA to Australia, New Zealand, Spain, China, Vietnam, back to China, Austria and back to Spain. I am particularly proud of the global friendships I have made over those years, and I couldn’t have made them without learning languages, which is my biggest passion. I have an MA in education and linguistics, and have had great jobs, from working as a teacher, teacher trainer and school manager to being a content writer and curriculum developer. Working in education is extremely rewarding and my big professional aim is to support students and their teachers in creating a nurturing and resourceful learning environment where progress is visible and learning aims are being achieved.
